At Ezpets, we want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your order under the following conditions:

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.

For damaged or defective products, please send us a photo or video as proof.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a downloadable return shipping label.

No restocking fee will be charged.

Exchanges

We do not accept direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue your refund. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
