Shipping policy

This policy applies to all global orders and is designed to clearly inform you of our shipping and return procedures. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

SHIPPING COST

  • Shipping cost is $5 USD, but Shipping is free worldwide over $50 USD
  • All prices and figures are listed in USD.

HANDLING & SHIPPING TIME (US CUSTOMERS)

Order Handling Time: 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday)

Shipping Transit Time: 5–10 business days (Monday to Friday)

Estimated Total Delivery: 7–15 business days

ORDER CUT-OFF TIME

Orders placed before 11:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (Toronto) will be processed the same day, subject to handling time.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

  • We cannot change the delivery address once an order is in transit.

  • To request an address change, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@ezpets.shop

CANCELLATION

  • Cancellations are accepted only before an order has been dispatched.

  • If your order has already shipped, please refer to the Return and Refund Policy.
